BoostHER is a transformative half-day event dedicated to supporting and empowering women in leadership roles or those aspiring to lead. Our focus is on providing practical insights and skills in personal leadership mindset, building confidence, personal branding, networking, and effective communication to foster professional growth in regional women.
BUT ITS NOT JUST FOR THE CHICKS – we believe that cultivating male champions for change is one of the most effective ways to make real tangible progress in future leadership equality. In fact, over 70% of our clients for our leadership development and coaching work are male, and what we cover is transferable to everyone. We are stronger together – so gents we want your progressive mindset in the room to inspire other men and continue our ‘non bra-burning’ agenda for real change!
Held in March, this event seeks to impact the UN Women’s official IWD theme of “Count Her In: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress.” We’re intentionally doing things differently; seeking to make change and take action! We’re pushing aside the nice cupcakes to create more opportunities for development and growth.
Together we’ll develop supportive networks that push you forward both for yourself and those that look up to you, because you don’t have to be in a leadership role to be a leader!

We know your time is important, so this isn’t a fluffy event. Everything that we do is outcome focussed and we want you to get value while you build networks with like-minded people, in a beautiful setting. So, expect to be inspired, challenged, and encouraged to grow.
People of all genders and ages are welcome and remember you don’t have to be in a leadership role to be a leader!! We are all leading ourselves, our family our communities, leadership comes in many forms.
Doors will open to the event at 12.00pm, for a 12.30pm start. At 4.30ish we will transition from workshop format to networking, then concluding at 5.30pm as we understand that many people have sporting and family commitments.
We have a light afternoon tea available during a brief break around 2.30ish as well as a grazing platter/nibbles from 4.30 while we network.
If you have special dietary requirements, please advise us of them when you purchase your ticket so we can ensure that you are catered for.
Please note we are not providing lunch, so please fill your tummy’s pre-arrival!
Why not! We’re including one drink per person during the networking but you’re welcome to kick on and purchase more at bar prices.

We get it, time with your tribe is important. While there are no specific seating arrangements for this event, we recommend you arrive early to grab a few seats together. We will also do our best to provide additional seating and don’t forget this event is about building your network so what better way to do that than learn alongside someone new!
We know there’s some FOMO out there and those who can’t commit until the last minute, so we will leave ticketing open until the event begins.
