You benefit from 3 months of online immersed learning that incorporates both self-lead education practices and guided online workshops. Then cement your learnings by completing action plans and worksheets with relevance to your current situation.

You can bring out the best in your team by being more self-aware. In this module we unpack your D.I.S.C Advanced Leadership report and teach you how to motivate, communicate and develop others by using your own behavioural strengths and working on your development opportunities. 

Leading with a Growth Mindset

We teach you how to lead yourself authentically and build your growth mindset for positive and reliable change. Building this mindset within your team will motivate and promote cultural change, whilst also holding everyone accountable.  

Emotional Intelligence for Leaders

Understand the power of EQ and how important it is for you in leadership. Learn to identify the EQ development needs of individuals on your team and grow this critical skill.  

Leadership Styles for well rounded, agile and multi skilled leadership

Learn the 6 styles of leadership and how to adjust your style to bring out the best in those you lead. We teach when and where each style is at it’s most powerful, so you can learn the art of adapting through the styles for success in any situation.
